Teravista Pool Monitors - on site starting Friday, May 25th! High Traffic for Teravista pools is just around the corner. Please be advised that the pools are for use by Teravista Residents in "GOOD STANDING" with the Association. "Residents in good standing" is defined as Residents who:

a) Are current with the Association Assessments of other fees

b) Do not currently have unpaid fines assessed against their account

c) Do not currently have any property violations

d) Do not have any pending litigation with the Association

A Teravista picture ID Card is required along with your key fob (or amenities access key) for pool access. Please review the full list of Facility Rules in the Association Documents tab located here.

For Teravista Residents Only----Catch and Release Fishing - is available only in six designated ponds within Teravista. Review the list for specific details. There is absolutely no fishing permitted at any of the ponds located in and around the Teravista Golf Course. All parks and ponds close at 10pm.

Teravista Addendum to Architectural Guidelines - SIGNS --For "Lease" or For "Rent"

512 Dialing - Ten digit dialing becomes mandatory for the Austin area. During an initial grace period, calls mistakenly dialed without the area code will still go through until June 1, 2013 when all 10 digit must be used. Read more.

Teravista Runners Please remember to use the sidewalks for your physical exercise...., especially during early mornings!

Photo Identification Cards - (information) - The Gardens neighborhood is scheduled Saturday, May 25th between 10am - 4pm, Residents Club. Please come in during other scheduled weekends to complete your household's photo identifications if you missed your scheduled community time.

Note: All Teravista Tenants must bring a current copy of your lease contract that includes the expiration date for your lease.

New Resident Orientations -("Spring/Summer Schedule" April through August 2013)- are available the following days in the Gathering Room of the the Residents Clulb. Please call the HOA Office in advance, 512-310-7421 to schedule attendance and receive confirmation.
