New Resident Orientations
If you are a new resident, please contact the HOA office to set up a new resident orientation.
TenantsTenants must have the HOMEOWNER or Property Management Company complete the top section of the Tenant Registration Form and have it along with a complete copy of the Lease Agreement with them when they come to orientation.
The Homeowners Association is responsible for the monitoring the compliance of residential property and the common areas of the community as adopted and recorded by the governing bylaws, the Declaration of Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions approved by the Board of Directors.

Architectural Review Committee
Each Home Improvement Application is reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee. Per the Deed Restrictions, the Committee has 30 days to issue an approval and/or reply. However, most reviews are conducted within two or fewer weeks. Completed applications and substantiating document along with a check payable to Teravista Community Association should be dropped off at the HOA Office.
