I was told that we cannot have garage sales in our community.  How can I sell some of the slightly used stuff that I would like to get rid of?
We have a Community Wide Garage Sale twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall.  In addition you can list your items on our Classifieds pages any time for free!

Why does the association sometimes water common areas in the midday when it's hottest?
The normal watering window for the common areas is between 7 p.m. and 10 a.m.  Any watering outside of that window is being done on a manual as needed basis only to ensure that plant life does not die and/or to supplement newly installed landscaping
 
Who do I contact if I see a common area irrigation leak or irrigation that is running nonstop?
Please contact the Association office at 512-310-7421 or 512-820-4218. Please be prepared to give an accurate description of the location of the issue.  Note the street and the closest house/intersection if applicable.  
 
I have just moved into the community.  Who do I contact to get the access card needed to get into the pool and tennis court area?
Welcome home! Please contact the HOA office at 512-310-7421 to set up an appointment for a new resident orientation.  Note that you will receive your key fob key during the orientation.  In order to participate in the orientation you MUST have an appointment.  We apologize, but we cannot accept walk-ins for orientations.  

You may secure additional key fobs for $25.  Payable with check or money order only.
 
How often does the community lawn maintenance people tend to the common area grass?  Seems like some area are well tended while other areas are neglected.
It depends on the area.  Most areas are serviced weekly during the growing season but there are some non-irrigated areas that are only cut monthly.  Additionally there are areas on the golf course that can only be cut once per year due to the fed permit that the golf course operates under.  For a specific area question, please contact our office at 512-310-7421.
