New Residents

All new Teravista residents are required to complete our community orientation process to gain access to all community facilities.
Below are the forms needed to start the orientation process.
- New Homeowners will fill out the Facility Use Agreement, and Acknowledgment of Documents.
- New Tenants will need to have their landlords fill out the Tenant Occupant Form. Tenants will also fill in their information. Tenants will fill out the Acknowledgement of Documents. Tenants or Landlords must provide the lease either through email or in person at the office.
- We will also need a copy of your driver's license. A copy can be made in the office, or emailed.

There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee payable by check or money order. 
Tenants must have a current lease on file at all times. Leases must be 6 months or more in length. Month-to-month leases are not permitted.
