Architectural Review Process

All exterior modifications, including backyard projects, must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).

 

1. Log in to TownSq.
2. Select "Architectural Review" from the navigation menu on the left.
3. Click the "Submit Project" button at the top of the screen.
4. Complete all required fields and provide as much detail as possible about your proposed modification.

Some modifications require an application fee, based on the scope of the project:

• Minor Improvements ($25): Pergola, patio extension, paint, roof color, etc.
• Major Improvements:
• Pool, patio enclosure, exterior fireplace, exterior kitchen, etc. ($50)
• Room addition/remodel up to 250 sq. ft. ($150)
• Room addition/remodel 250–750 sq. ft. ($275)
• Room addition/remodel 750+ sq. ft. ($400)
• Landscaping and Painting: No application fee required.
