Setting up a TownSq (Townsquare) account gives homeowners one convenient place to stay connected with the community and manage important HOA services. Through TownSq you can:
  • Pay assessments, dues, and fees securely online
  • Submit and track service requests
  • Submit Architectural Review (ARC) requests
How to Register a New TownSq Account
  1. Go to TownSq webpage on your computer or download the TownSq App from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Click “Sign Up” or “Sign Up with Account Number.”
  3. Enter your account number and the zip code for your property. This information can be found on documents from your management company or your coupon book.
  4. Confirm your name and account information exactly as they appear in your HOA records.
  5. Create Your Password
Once your account is set up, you’ll have quick access to payments, requests, community updates, and more—all from your phone or computer.
